More than 40 senior professionals collaborate with us in this journey of exploration and discovery. They boast over ten years of experience in the fields of data collection, monitoring and quality control of interviews, data processing and interpretation, united to a solid expertise in finance and insurance.

We are a laboratory of ideas, a research institute that deals with market analysis in the financial and asset management areas.
We specialize in carrying out research on financial advisors, private bankers, bank managers, insurance agents and sub-agents, Fund Selectors and on the clients of all these professional figures.

We work by always finding the red thread between past, present and future: 600 years of history help us better understand the present and orient ourselves in the future.

Nicola Ronchetti

Founder and CEO

He has operated in financial research for 30 years. He has worked for Italian companies (Explorer, GPF & Associati, Eurisko) as well as for multinational groups (Ipsos and Gfk). Nicola has created and developed original research
analyses centred on banks, asset management companies, networks of financial advisors, insurance companies and trade associations. He graduated in Economics at Bocconi University. He is a marathon runner and can boast participation in the marathons in Berlin, London, New York, Paris, Milan and Venice. Finance is his lifelong passion.

Caroline Patey

Cultural Advisor

She is in charge of the institutional relations with the worlds of university and cultural institutions . She is Full Professor of English Literature at Università degli Studi di Milano. She has organized and coordinated various research initiatives and interdisciplinary projects, working on the intersections between literature and art in partnership with British, French and American universities. Her research interests extend from Renaissance literature to the Victorian world and contemporary culture. She has authored and edited over eighty publications.

Matteo Moroni

Chief Financial Officer

A Law graduate, Matteo works as a tax attorney and auditor. He owns, together with his brother Giuseppe, the family law firm founded by his father Angelo seventy years ago. He is a respected and appreciated Milan professional, a reference for private citizens, professionals and companies who have relied on the Moroni firm for generations.

Luigi Ferrari

Independent Advisor

Luigi is a researcher and entrepreneur. In 1978, he founded “Explored Marketing Research”,today part of IPSOS. He is the founder and Chairman of ‘People, the Research Partner’ and the first President of ASSIRM (Associazione Italiana Ricerche di Mercato e Sondaggi di opinione). He is also Professor of Business Communication and the author of Da Target a Partner: un nuovo paradigma di comunicazione per il successo dell’impresa.
